Tradehome Shoes is now hiring for an Assistant Manager position to train for a Store Manager position. Tradehome Shoes puts individuals through a hands-on, intense training that develops leaders and Store Managers for their company. During the training, individuals will learn all aspects of the business including: sales, merchandising, payroll, crew development, hiring, training, inventory control, sales and much more! The training time to become a store manager is typically from 12-18 months. All promotions in Tradehome are based on performance not seniority!
